The Best Nashville Planners & Coordinators
You’re planning your Nashville wedding and have yet to find someone to coordinate the day or you need a full-on wedding planner! In my opinion, this may be the most important choice you make aside from your bridesmaids and venue. Your wedding photographer will be spending the whole day with this person, so they are very knowledgable of who can handle last minute curveballs, get along with everyone, keep things on schedule, and provide beautiful design inspiration. The coordinator/planner should be very familiar with multiple venue types. If you are looking for questions to ask during your initial meeting, please check out my post from 2017 titled “ The Top 10 Questions to Ask Your Wedding Planner”.
I’m not here to overwhelm you with too many options, just a few contacts to add to your list as you start your research.
If you are looking for luxury and every intention of having your wedding featured in magazines, Sara is your girl! I was a full-time nanny for a family that used Fete Nashville for their dreamy Schermerhorn wedding. They went all out with the catering, band, and Vera Wang dress. Sara knows so many amazing vendors in Nashville and will meet with you multiple times to make sure everything is perfect.
I have only worked with Emily with AWG at a Carnton Mansion wedding and would trust her with any type of bride. She was so friendly the entire day, even with the summer heat :) You want someone who will check on your vendors on an hourly basis and that they did! She also helped create a wonderful schedule that allowed for us to take sunset photos that not all planners will help achieve.
My girl! Cassie was one of my favorite brides from a few years back when I shot her wedding at Bloomsbury Farm. Her vision was to die for and we clicked instantly. Cassie’s wedding turned into a stormy mess and this is part of the reason she decided to take part in the industry. Her patience, calmness, and fun-loving personality is so well carved for a day-of-coordinator. Cassie ended up coordinating my wedding and I had that much more fun because of it.
The team over at Adriel Nutter Events is a very down to earth crew that meshes well with brides with all sorts of ideas. They are great communicators with vendors, even weeks out. Right now they are running a special for any brides getting married in April! They have a lot of package options and also know some great vendors to refer you to.
Amy has been in the business since 2012 and loves the planning and styling that goes into weddings. I cannot tell you how many times I watched her perfect a tablescape. She will make sure you have a good time at your wedding and don’t miss out on dessert! One of my favorite memories with her is offering me a donut :)
I hope I helped some of you 2019/2020 Nashville brides out there! Go ahead and shoot me an email if you have any questions regarding this post!
